Cornerstone Autism Foundation‘s mission is to support non-profit organizations struggling to help children with autism. The Foundation is based in Purdue Research Park in West Lafayette.

Partnering with Eagle Harley Davidson and the Harley Owners Group (HOG) #1188 Chapter of Lafayette, we are hosting the 3rd Annual Jerry and Annie Charity Ride Saturday June 23rd.

Riders, families, friends, and the community will meet us at the Cornerstone Autism Center to kick off the event. Have fun with us as you: have your face painted, see many beautiful motorcycles, get some ink done (with temporary tattoos), meet Purdue Pete, and learn about autism and the exceedingly growing number of children diagnosed, and how you can help.

Registration for all riders welcome! Food and beveragres provided by the West LafayetteMarsh and West Lafayette Dog ‘N Suds! (More to be annouced as we draw nearer to the date)

Motor Ride 2012 Logo with date

Bikers will ride out in the afternoon and end at Eagle Harley Davidson to host the evening event.

WHERE 702 Navco Dr, Lafayette, IN 47901

The closing festivities of the charity ride will have food vendors, a beer garden, prizes, and a live performance by the Clayton Miller Band!

Donations gathered from the community and the ride will go to the Cornerstone Autism Foundation to purchase iPads for organizations that serve chidlren with autism in the local area.

Tablets and app technology have been shown to increase cognitive and social abilities in young autistic children. iPads will go to a non-profit organization in need of such devices, such as a non-profit like the Bauer Resource Center or a local elementary school to name a couple of examples, that could use the tablets to help kiddos improve and to be a valuable tool to help organizations to record the child’s progress.

Join us Saturday the 23rd. If you can’t make it for fun and to help then please click the donate area to help make a diference in a kiddos growth!
